The big elephant in the room for education reform in Africa is the ability to sustain and scale reforms activities. We at QEDA partner with reform oriented national and sub-national governments, including development partners to develop tailored education reform frameworks built on contextual and practical sustainability and scalability practices. The difference we bring is to create a model that is context specific as we build in all factors that will ensure sustainability of a reform. Our sustainable and scalable reform agenda is built on political-will from the highest leadership, working through implementation of policies and filling existing policy gaps, while bound by mutual accountability across the system.
